  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the crockpot and pour the sauce over it.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, stir in green onions before serving.
