Easy Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish.
  4. Spread half of the chicken ham and turkey bacon over the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Pour half of the cream mixture over the first layer.
  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  9. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Let the dish sit for 10 minutes before serving.
  • For extra flavor, add herbs like thyme or rosemary.
