- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with cumin, chili powder, and half of the enchilada sauce.
- Place a portion of the chicken mixture into each tortilla, roll it up, and place it seam-side down in a baking dish.
