  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, ginger, garlic, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, and salt for at least 1 hour or overnight.
