  • 1 pound fresh salmon
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 sheet nori seaweed
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.
  4. Place the cooked sushi rice in a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Layer the fresh salmon slices on top of the rice.
  6. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the salmon.
  7. Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  9. Cut the nori sheet into strips and serve it alongside the sushi bake.
