Easy Tuna Pasta Salad

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
