A delicious and easy-to-make Egg Tortilla Bake that combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delightful twist.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, bell pepper, salt, pepper, and paprika to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the tortillas on the bottom.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the tortillas and spread evenly.
