  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Dip shrimp in the flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place shrimp on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. In a blender, combine mango, ginger, honey, lime juice, and cilantro to make the dipping sauce.
  7. Serve shrimp hot with mango ginger dipping sauce.
