  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, honey, and eggs until well mixed.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fill the muffin tins about 3/4 full with the batter.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
