Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Punch the dough down and shape it into rolls.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Mix the minced garlic and parsley with melted butter, then brush over the rolls.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
