Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
