  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped

  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  2. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
