- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
