  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • green food coloring
  • 1 cup red and green sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the egg, vanilla extract, almond extract, and green food coloring; mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Roll the dough into balls and roll in sprinkles.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cool on a wire rack.
