  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onions and garlic.
  3. Layer sliced potatoes in a baking dish.
  4. Add the cooked beef mixture on top of the potatoes.
  5. Pour beef broth over the layers and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover with cheese and bake for 1 hour.
