Ground Beef Stroganoff

A creamy and delicious Ground Beef Stroganoff that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the meat mixture, stirring to combine.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve over egg noodles or rice.

Notes

  • For added flavor, try sautéing the mushrooms separately before adding them to the beef mixture.
  • This dish can also be made ahead of time and reheated for a quick meal.
