- 4 cups sliced potatoes
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, chicken ham, and turkey bacon.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the potato mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle with half of the cheese.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Dot the top with butter.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using smoked cheese.
- Let it cool before serving to allow the cheese to set.
