Hamburger Stroganoff

A delicious and comforting take on stroganoff featuring savory hamburger, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups egg noodles, cooked

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
  5. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together flour and sour cream. Stir into the skillet.
  7. Add turkey bacon back into the skillet and heat through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve over egg noodles.

Notes

  • For a creamier sauce, adjust the flour and sour cream to your liking.
