- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups egg noodles, cooked
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together flour and sour cream. Stir into the skillet.
- Add turkey bacon back into the skillet and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over egg noodles.
