- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
