- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
- 1 can (10.5 oz) reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, turkey bacon, broccoli, brown rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
- Fold in half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
