Healthy Air Fryer Chicken and Veggies

  • 2 pounds chicken breast
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add broccoli and bell peppers, and toss until coated.
  4. Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Check that the chicken is fully cooked and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for an hour before cooking.
  • You can substitute with your favorite vegetables.
