- 3 cups sliced apples
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix sliced apples with half of the maple syrup and cinnamon. Transfer to a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, remaining maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut oil, and walnuts to make the crumble topping.
- Spread the crumble mixture over the apples evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
