- 1 pound beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 8 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add beef to the pot and brown on all sides.
- Add onions and garlic, cooking until onions are translucent.
