High-Protein Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 ounces chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  2. Remove bacon and in the same skillet, sauté the diced bell peppers and onions until soft.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and pour them into the skillet; cook until scrambled.
  4. Add chicken ham and shredded cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
  5. Warm the tortilla and fill it with the egg mixture and turkey bacon.
  6. Wrap and serve hot.
