1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup chicken ham, diced
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
Instructions
In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
Add water gradually and knead until smooth.
In another bowl, combine turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.
Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
Boil water in a pot and cook the dumplings for about 5-7 minutes.
Serve warm with dipping sauce.
