  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup burrata cheese
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel the carrots and cut them into even pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the carrots to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
