Jack-O’-Lantern Brownies

These delightful Jack-O’-Lantern Brownies are the perfect spooky treats for your fall festivities. Easy to make and fun to eat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup orange frosting
  • 1/4 cup green candy melts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt together.
  3. In another bowl, blend the sugar and melted butter, then add the eggs and vanilla.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Once cooled, use a cookie cutter to make pumpkin shapes.
  8. Decorate with orange frosting and green candy melts to create jack-o’-lantern faces.

Notes

  • You can substitute chocolate chips with nuts for added crunch.
