  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 6 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  5. Wrap the turkey bacon around the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
