  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 to 8 skewers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, allspice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Divide the meat mixture into equal portions and shape them onto skewers.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and brush with olive oil.
  5. Grill the kafta skewers for about 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • Make sure the grill is well-oiled to prevent sticking.
  • You can soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill.
