Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sriracha
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, gochujang, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl.
Serve the meatballs warm with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the meat mixture for 30 minutes before forming into meatballs.
Serve with steamed rice or lettuce wraps for a complete meal.
