- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix until well combined.
