Korean BBQ Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and brush with BBQ sauce.
