Korean BBQ Meatballs with Spicy Mayo Dip

Korean BBQ Meatballs are a delicious fusion dish, perfectly complemented by a spicy mayo dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients until well mixed.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing mayonnaise with sriracha.
  6. Serve the meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip on the side.

Notes

  • Adjust the level of sriracha for more or less spice in the dip.
