- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped

- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
