  • 6 cups chicken broth

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
