Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fill muffin tin and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before glazing.
  7. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with lemon juice until smooth and drizzle on muffins.
