Lemon Dill Shrimp Pasta

A refreshing and simple dish combining shrimp and pasta with the bright flavors of lemon and dill.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook until the shrimp turns pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta and fresh dill, mixing well to combine.
  5. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
