  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the carrots to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the mixture.
  4. Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
