- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt to taste
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Wrap the corn in aluminum foil and grill for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- While the corn is grilling, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and half of the cotija cheese.

Notes
