  • 3 medium apples, peeled and sliced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust dough and cut into circles.
  3. In a bowl, mix the apples, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and nutmeg.
  4. Place the apple mixture on one half of each dough circle and fold over.
  5. Seal the edges with a fork and brush with beaten egg.
