  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter and bring to a boil.
  3. Add flour and stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  5. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Scoop or pipe the dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
