- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup strawberry puree
- In a large bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
- Divide the dough into three equal parts. Mix cocoa powder with one part, vanilla extract with another, and strawberry puree with the last.
- Roll each dough into a rectangle, layer them, and roll them into a loaf.
- Place in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
