Instructions

  1. In a food processor, crush the 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter, mixing until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  6. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  8. Spread the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
