One Pan Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned.
  2. Add garlic and broccoli; sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add pasta and chicken broth to the pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through.
