One Pot French Onion Pasta

A delicious one pot pasta dish that combines the flavors of French onion soup with turkey bacon.

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a pot until crispy, then remove and set aside.
