- 2 cups gnocchi
- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add cubed chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in carrots and cook for a few minutes.
- Add chicken broth, gnocchi, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
