One Pot Ground Beef Stroganoff

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika.
  4. Add the egg noodles and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until noodles are cooked through.
  6. Stir in sour cream and mix until creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
