  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly and layer half in a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle half the diced chicken ham and turkey bacon over the potatoes.
  4. Layer half of the cheese on top.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Pour heavy cream over the top and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Dollop butter on top.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
