  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined, then shape into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. During the last 5 minutes, brush meatballs with cranberry sauce and return to the oven until heated through.
