- 2 cups penne pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through. Add the minced garlic and sauté for one minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked penne pasta and bacon to the sauce. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some crushed red pepper flakes.
- You can use regular bacon instead of turkey bacon if preferred.
