Rich Creamy Chicken Pasta Dish

A deliciously rich and creamy chicken pasta dish featuring turkey bacon for an added delight.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through. Add the minced garlic and sauté for one minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked penne pasta and bacon to the sauce. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some crushed red pepper flakes.
  • You can use regular bacon instead of turkey bacon if preferred.
