  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken thighs and potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.
